At LeNyx, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for our jewelry products.

All items purchased from LeNyx are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with the returned item to ensure proper processing.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation. Jewelry that shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund. It is important to note that due to the nature of our dropshipping model, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return has been approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary by financial institution.

In the event that an item is received damaged or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs in such cases. A replacement or full refund will be issued based on the customer's preference.
